Endnu engang har jeg været ved at eksperimentere med mine cupcakes, og på det sidste er jeg blevet helt vild med – BLODAPPELSIN. De er så smukke og de smager fantastisk. Selvfølgelig var jeg da nødt til at putte deres gode smag og smukke farve ind i en cupcake, ikke? Disse er chokolade/blodappelsin cupcakes med blodappelsin smørcreme, toppet med sukker blodappelsiner. Opskriften til sukker blodappelsiner kan findes HER, chokolade cupcake opskrift HER (istedet for mælk tilføjede jeg saften fra 2 blodappelsiner og skal fra en blodappelsin istedet for ekstrakt), og smørcremen HER (jeg tilføjede saft fra en halv blodappelsin istedet for mælk & vanille – Saften gav den fine lyserøde farve!)
Once again I’ve been experimenting with my cupcakes, and lately I got an obsession with – BLOOD ORANGES. They are so beautiful and they taste amazing. Of course I had to try putting their taste and beautiful color into a cupcake, right? These are chocolate/blood orange cupcakes with blood orange buttercream, topped with candy blood oranges. You can find recipe for candy blood oranges HERE, chocolate cupcake recipe HERE (instead of milk I added blood orange juice and then blood orange zest instead of the extract), and the buttercream HERE (added blood orange juice from half a blood orange instead of milk & vanilla – The juice gave it the pretty pink color!).
