Well, actually I came home yesterday but I totally forgot to blog. I was so exhausted. I had an amazing week, with amazing people. So awesome. Also, first thing I wanna say is that Linda did an amazing job driving all the time, because it was VERY MUCH DRIVING, I tell you. The trip had its ups and downs, but the whole thing as one made it amazing. I’m going to tell more into details later. I’m so exhausted, and I’m gonna enjoy the last day off from school in the Easter Holidays now. These pics from Prater in Vienna and one of the buildings in Vienna is all you’ll get for now. I have lots of picture tagging to do, and as soon as I’ve done it, I’ll post reviews, more pics, etc. here on my blog.

As most of you probably know, I’m heading on tour tomorrow. Austria, Switzerland and France. I’m leaving at 15 tomorrow, so I had to blog this today. So many asked for the recipe for the cupcakes I posted pictures of yesterday, so I translated the Danish recipe to English (I hope I got it right!) for all you readers who might want to try to make my cute cupcakes yourselves. Thank you so much for all your nice comments too, by the way! Anyway, recipe for rainbow vanilla cupcakes (+ frosting) 

Ingredients:
0.54 cup of sugar (125 gram sugar)
0.43 cup of soft butter (100 gram soft butter)
0.86 cup of flour (200 gram flour)
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
1½ teaspoon of baking powder
½ dl of milk
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt (about 1,7 gram)

How to:
1. Whip sugar and fat (butter) until it’s light and airy.
2. Whip one egg in it at a time and whip the mixture nicely after each egg.
3. Mix flour, salt and baking powder in another bowl.
4. Add the milk. Mix it all nicely in one bowl.
5. Put the mixture into the muffin tins and bake them in a prehated oven for 22-25 mins.
6. The oven should be preheated at 200 degrees (180 degrees at hot air)
7. The cakes should be totally cooled before they’re decorated with frosting

If you want the rainbow colouring in your cupcakes, just split up the mixture in different bowls and add a different food colour to each bowl. Put a little of each colour in the muffin tins, and it’ll end up getting rainbow colours!

Frosting (Buttercream):
0.54 cup of powdered sugar (125 g)
3 tablespoons of hot water (maybe more, depends)
1 cup of soft butter (250 gram soft butter)

Mix it all together with a hand-held mixer. Sometimes you need to put in more of some of the ingredients to get the right consistence, so play a little with it ’till you think it’s fine. You can of course also add some food colours to it, and in Denmark you can get those at most of your normal supermarkets. Also, I added some chocolate easter eggs on those I made yesterday, but you can add all sorts of decorating on top of it, to make it look cute. Use your imagination!

Today mum and I baked more rainbow vanilla cupcakes! Well, actually only because we’re throwing my 17 year birthday party today for my dads family. They’re arriving at about 14:30 and I have to pack all my stuff, since I’m going on Tokio Hotel tour next week too, and everything I need for that I have to pack too. I’m going to my dads today, so.

ANYWAY, these cupcakes turned out REALLY delicious looking with blue and pink frosting on top, and some small chocolate easter eggs! MMHM YUMMY YUMMY! So tempting, huh?!

Anyway, that’s about it I wanted to tell today, before I’m going packing. This weekend kind of sucked a bit. Well, I had a friend visiting me all weekend and it was okay, we went swimming yesterday and watched lots of TH dvds (which btw just made me more nostalgic than I already am).. Anyway, I better go now.
