Today my mother and I made homemade healthy crispbread, and homemade strawberry marmelade. These two things are so good together!

The crispbread is actually also really good as just a healthy snack between meals, without anything on it!

A few weeks back, I sent Jessie J a letter. She’d been asking for letters on her twitter, because she was bored while being in bed (since she broke her ancle when falling off a platform on stage). She also said that she would answer back on most of the fanmail if you included an envelope with adress on, and so I did. 

Today when I arrived at my mothers, I had gotten a letter from the UK which got me all excited, and when I opened it I found this beauty in it. I am so happy that I know Jessie actually read my letter and took the time to get me this picture, write on it and send this to me. Completely made my day today! She is such a sweetheart!

I was never really a person who was into kpop, but when I heard this song I was just sold. It has such a good melody, and the lyrics are so true. I think most persons in this world can relate to it. Definitely worth a listen, even if you usually do not like kpop! Todays song is..

2NE1 – Ugly

Got up at 9:30 to get breakfast, then drive to the city to meet Cecilie and then go buy a birthday gift for Sif. Then visit Sif and give her the present (which she loved!) and then go to H&M to see if I could find myself new pajamas, with no luck. Then had slush-ice/slurpee with Cecilie!

Cecilie then went with me home and we made pancakes and from the morning, I had already put bananas in the freezer to make sure I had bananas for very simple and homemade icecream when I got home! (Recipe HERE, only in Danish though)

That’s just about what my day have been like so far. I think I might watch an episode of Castle in a bit, and then try to take a nap, since I didn’t get much sleep last night. I just couldn’t fall asleep.
