Mum and I decided to bake some healthy cupcakes today, with banana and orange in it. It didn’t really taste that well, to be honest – mostly because of the grained healthy flour used in it. It didn’t really fit in, in a cupcake.. BUT! The buttercream added on it later, did a lot. We ordered a Wilton 2110/1M tic to use for the swirling with the buttercream, but it did go a bit wrong because of the bags breaking all the time. Well, anyway..
