Since I have the winter holidays, and I have 3 18 year birthdays coming up (One of them being a cupcake tea party!) I have a lot of baking to do, and well, these cupcakes are one of the kinds I’m going to serve at 2 of my birthdays – Minty cupcakes! They taste so yum and so fresh! I am going to make them look prettier with the frosting though at my birthdays. The one I used today was just regular chocolate frosting.
