I’m a person who has been making lots of different kind of cupcakes, trying out different variations all the time, but this is by far my favorite one. I always use the same recipe for chocolate cupcakes/cake, but this time I added some orange extract to them AND the buttercream. I also sprinkled some dark chocolate cupcake on top. Best cupcakes ever!
Jeg er en person som har lavet mange forskellige slags cupcakes efterhånden, og prøvet en masse forskellige varianter, men denne er indtil videre den bedste af dem. Jeg bruger altid den samme opskrift til chokolade cupcakes/kage, men denne gang tilføjede jeg lidt appelsin ekstrakt til dem OG smørcremen. Jeg rev også noget chokolade og kom på toppen. Bedste cupcakes nogensinde!

RECIPE/Opskrift:
– 250g flour/mel
– 1 tsp baking soda/natron
– 225g sugar/sukker
– 50g cocoa/kakao
– 1 tsp vanilla/vanillesukker
– 1 1/4 dl milk/mælk
– 1 dl melted margarine/smeltet margarine
– 2½ dl yogurt
– 1 egg/æg
– 1 tsp orange extract/appelsin ekstrakt
– 75-100g chopped chocolate/hakket chokolade Turn on the oven on 200 degrees c. Mix the dry ingredients (including chocolate) and then mix in the wet ingredients after. If making cupcakes, leave in the oven for about 13-15 minutes. Buttercream recipe can be found HERE. Instead of adding vanilla, I added 1 tsp of orange extract.

Tænd ovnen på 200 grader c. Gradbland de tørre ingredienser (inkl. chokoladen) og bland de våde ingredienser i efter. Hvis du laver cupcakes, skal de være i ovnen i ca. 13-15 minutter. Opskriften på smørcremen kan findes HER, men istedet for at tilføje vanille, tilføjede jeg 1 tsk af appelsin ekstrakt.
